Overview

Point Comfort Underwriters is a healthcare management and administration company that provides travel insurance for students and professionals. BoxCrush created this client’s custom Sitefinity multi-site, with three websites: a corporate site, a consumer site, and a member portal.

BACKGROUND

This client needed help rebranding its websites and determining whether to consolidate its three service sectors in one website, or to have a separate site for each service. Leadership also wanted significant updates to the quote generator feature.

CHALLENGE

Point Comfort Underwriters had several hundred pages on its website. Visitors couldn’t easily determine which content was relevant to them, and the quote generator did not offer adequate filters for users.

SOLUTION

BoxCrush created business logic that would allow users to get personalized quotes and built separate websites for each user type. The new quote generator also allowed users to save their progress and complete the process at a later time. A new design and navigation structure organized the content in a way that helped users find information and follow the desired conversion path.
