Developers transformed a red brick middle school building into what is now known as The Madison. It was part of a major redevelopment of the Old Town area of Greenwood.
Leadership wanted to promote their intention of preserving the historic and cultural foundations of the area while fostering a new downtown Greenwood community with opportunities for people of all ages to live, work, and play.
