BACKGROUND

Henry Community Health is a rural health network with a main campus in New Castle, Indiana. They are a centralized hub for a variety of healthcare specialties in the area focused on providing top services without the need to travel to a big city. 

CHALLENGE

Henry Community Health’s old website had several issues that prevented it from meeting modern users’ expectations. The navigation was confusing and changed as you went deeper into the website. Some pages had limited or dated information, which led to an excessive number of pages with little to no SEO value. There were modern website components missing, like a search function for locations and providers. A lack of CTAs also prevented users from completing impactful conversion actions. 

SOLUTION

BoxCrush completely overhauled the Henry Community Health website that started with a collaboration between content and design to clean up the navigation.
