Overview

Hancock Regional Health needed new websites for its three audience types: patients, visitors, and employees. These sites needed to make information easy to find. The patient-focused site also needed interactive elements such as a bill payment portal, and a search function for patients seeking a provider. BoxCrush built new Sitefinity websites with these features, along with an online appointment scheduler (read about that feature here).

Hancock Regional Health operates a hospital, clinics, wellness centers, and other business entities. As the organization grew, their previous website architecture was inadequate for serving the needs of all site visitors.

CHALLENGE

Hancock Regional Health needed sites that were secure, HIPAA-compliant, and could be expanded as their network of healthcare services grew.

SOLUTION

BoxCrush built three new websites in Telerik Sitefinity – a secure content management system that offers a wide range of customizations. With just a few hours of training from BoxCrush, this client’s authorized employees could easily update content, rearrange pages, and manage interactive features.
