Browser Capability

We test our site designs in the two most recent versions of Internet Explorer (which serves only the PC market), in FireFox (Mac and PC), Chrome (Google's web browser) and Safari (the default Mac/iPhone browser). The current browser market share shows that this method accounts for more than 87.54% of your potential customers. Need more testing? We also offer the option to build in legacy compatibility and test for older browser versions. Depending on your market, legacy browsers such as Internet Explorer 9 can account for up to 7% of your potential customers. Are your users always on the go? We can ensure your website design works with Android and iPhone mobile devices. We have the in-house capability to review your site in both platforms before and after your site goes live.

BoxCrush® believes in following best practices for current Web standards. We build our websites for the most capable browser (currently FireFox) and write styles to make sure that it accommodates less capable browsers like IE that are currently more popular. This ensures that as browsers improve and become more capable, your site will be ready and looking forward, not stuck in a format for years-old browsers.

We write clean “table-less” XHTML and valid CSS style sheets with no browser hacks. We believe this approach is vital to the stability and longevity of your website.
