The Patient Scheduler needed to reflect only the available appointment times, without HealthWorks staff needing to make complex updates on the website. The scheduler also needed a workflow for refill requests.
BoxCrush built a secure scheduler with a back-end widget that allowed staff to quickly and easily update appointment availability. The custom functionality of this scheduler also triggered a workflow when a patient made a refill request, then notified the patient when their prescription was ready.
