Background
Mi-Tech Metals needed BoxCrush to develop a customized Sitefinity website that not only provided a secure and functional user experience, but also reflected their unique brand as a provider of materials for the aerospace, defense, medical, oil and gas, and machining industries.
Challenge
Web development for Mi-Tech metals required customized elements, including a form for users to request emailed PDF files, two custom eCommerce platforms with secure customer logins, and a weight calculator tool.
Solution
In addition to the file request and eCommerce functionality, BoxCrush also created a Flash-enabled periodic table, and 3D graphs and process charts throughout. Custom graphic buttons increase awareness of major areas and small but attractive touches include sub-menus that fly out with a metallic background.
This forward-thinking web design accommodates monitors starting at 17” and expands to 24” and beyond.
